Remedial massage therapy is a range of techniques and styles, such as deep tissue massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy and sports massage, that focuses on treating some specific injuries and repairing damage. We can help you with things from preparation for athletic events to assisting in correcting your posture.  Throughout your session, we will incorporate the use of Cupping, Dry Needling and Gua Sha tools.
